    Important Policies

    Price Policy

    Pricing is per person based on double occupancy. Single supplement applies to solo travelers. Rates exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal purchases, and gratuities. Final balance due thirty days before departure.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Sixty or more days before: full refund minus a $200 fee. Thirty to fifty-nine days: 50% refund. Fifteen to twenty-nine days: 25% refund. Less than fifteen days: no refund. Domestic flights are non-refundable once issued.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds processed within fourteen business days. No partial refunds for unused services due to illness, late arrival, or missed activities. Force majeure events may trigger credit for future travel or a pro-rata refund at the operator's discretion.

    Children Policy

    Children ages six to eleven receive a 25% reduction when sharing a room with two adults. Minimum age six years. Infants under two are permitted, but may limit site access.
