Egypt Tailored Tours is operated by Min Travel, a tour operator registered in Egypt.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a journey, tour, or any travel service through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Booking & Payment

Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
• Deposits are due within 7 days of booking confirmation
• Holiday season bookings (October-April) may require 35% deposit

Final Payment:

• Full payment is due 60 days before departure
• Bookings made within 60 days require full payment immediately

Cancellation & Refunds

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 60-89 days: 50% refund
• 30-59 days: 25% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

Travel Requirements

• Valid passport required (6+ months validity)
• Egypt visa required for most nationalities
• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory

Our Responsibilities

We provide professionally planned itineraries, licensed Egyptologist guides, quality-checked hotels and Nile cruise accommodations, 24/7 on-ground support, and safe private transportation.

Dispute Resolution

Raise concerns immediately with your guide or our local team. Submit written complaints within 28 days of return.
