Hotel Check-In and Welcome Briefing
Upon reaching your hotel, you will be met by your personal Egyptologist for a concise orientation session covering the itinerary, practical guidance on dress and footwear, and a chance to ask any questions. This briefing ensures that each subsequent day begins with full context and confidence. The remainder of the evening is yours to rest and acclimate.

Price Policy
Pricing is per group, not per person, and covers all components listed under What's Included. The rate applies regardless of group size within the maximum stated capacity of the private vehicle. Optional upgrades — including pyramid interior entry, additional museum tickets, or extended evening experiences — are priced separately and must be requested at the time of booking or directly with your guide.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before the tour start date receive a full refund with no administrative charge. Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours of departure are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start, including no-shows, are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds resulting from cancellations within the 48-to-72-hour window will reflect the applicable cancellation fee deduction. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the tour once the experience has commenced, except in cases of documented guide or operator failure.
Children Policy
Children are welcome on this tour and travel at reduced rates for those aged 4 to 11. Children under 4 travel free of charge. The itinerary is designed to accommodate families with thoughtful pacing, though parents should note that certain sites involve extended walking on irregular surfaces. Child-specific educational commentary can be incorporated by the guide upon advance request.
